We're going to walk you through step-by-step to get Sangu Mail connected up to your email account.

Sign in with your Sangu Mail account
If you don’t see this screen proceed to step 3
Enter the Sangu Mail address you signed up with (your @sangumail.com address) and then enter the provided password and press Next:
Please read and accept the terms
You must now change your password.
Press Allow.
Choose between the 2 features and then press Next.
If ever you don’t see this, feel free to proceed to the next step.
Choose between the 2 features and then press Done.
Again, if ever you don’t see this, feel free to proceed to the next step.
Press the Close icon .
If you ever see a pop-up with a Reload button, click the Reload button.
You must enroll in 2-step authentication, if you do not do this now, you will be locked out of your account!
Click here to set-up your 2-step authentication.
Enter a mobile number, there are some other options if you like. After that press next.
You’ll receive a text message on your phone, enter the code on the space provided.
Press TURN ON.
Congratulations, you’ve set up 2-step authentication!.
Now to go back to SANGU control panel by clicking here.
We’re going to link an account to your new Sangu email account.
- If your existing email account is a Google/Gmail account, click the “Sign in with Google” button.
- If your existing email account is a Microsoft/Exchange/Hotmail acccount, click the “Sign in with Microsoft” button.
- If your email account is anything else, ENTER the email address and press the “Sign in with password” button.
Linking Instructions:

- If you choose “Sign in with password” button. See the instructions here.
If you want to link another account, select a linking button, and then choose the right linking instructions.
If your done, you may proceed to the next step.
Click here to go to your Gmail’s Account Settings , then choose the circle button that says Reply from the same address the message was sent to. After you click the button it will automatically save changes.
Updating this setting will allow you to reply directly from the same address you received the email from instead of only from your Sangu email.
Go to your Sangu inbox. Notice that on the Labels side, your existing email account has been added. This allows you to access different email accounts in one Sangu inbox. You can assign Label and Sub Label colors to identify which messages are coming from certain accounts, but you can also simply click on the email account to access its exclusive inbox.
If you see a [PLACEHOLDER] text on your emails, it means that Sangu is still synching and analyzing your messages and syncing. It will go away once the emails are marked safe.
When you go to SANGU website, click Login to go to Sangu control panel.
